for the first time in bangladesh, banglalink has brought post-paid unlimited package in the market! banglalink has always tried to cater to the needs of different segments with customized solutions. in line with such efforts, post-paid unlimited package is a unique offer aimed at the highly discerning customers who want more than what is currently available in the market and who do not want to worry about per minute cost. currently there are no special offers or packages that are catered to the high revenue generating individual customers. this package includes unlimited talk time, unlimited sms and unlimited internet – the most relevant needs of post-paid customers.

- post-paid customers will be offered a package of 3000 minutes to both on-net and off-net (excluding private pstn, btcl, isd, eisd) and 5000 on-net sms, and 200 mb internet, against a package fee of tk.2000 (excluding vat)
- package minutes and sms can be used for 24 hours
- validity of package minutes, sms and internet will be bill cycle bound
- customers cannot carry forward the minutes and sms as the validity of the minutes and sms will be bill cycle bound
- after the consumption of the free 3000 minutes, customers will enjoy flat rate of tk.0.65/min tariff with 60 second pulse
- bundle minutes, sms and internet will be billed on a prorated basis

- there is no package price only tk. 2,500 will be taken as security deposit.
- credit limit will be 100% of security deposit.
- customers can migrate to the unlimited package by increasing their security deposit to tk. 2,500 if it is below tk. 2,500 or automatically if it is already tk. 2,500 or higher.
- migration fee of tk. 58 as per usual practice will apply.
- migrations will be allowed only during bill cycle dates.
- unlimited customers can add supplementary connections as per normal practice.
- loyalty discount is applicable to unlimited customers as per normal practice.
- telesales discount is not applicable for these customers.
- new customers will be placed under 31st bill cycle.
- auto debit is the most convenient method of payment and should be encouraged in order for the customer to remain connected at all times.
- care line can inform customers of the unused sms/minutes/internet but it will not be real time.
- migration to only package 1 will be allowed. other migration scenarios will be reviewed and decided upon in future.

1. what is the monthly bundle fee?
ans: unlimited bundle customers have to pay a monthly bundle fee of tk.2000 (tk.2300 with vat). this fee has to be paid even if bundled minutes/sms/internet are not utilized in the bill cycle.
2. can i migrate out of this package if i do not like it?
ans: yes migration is possible but only on bill cycle dates and only to post-paid package 1. from package 1, migration as per normal practice can be done.
3. can the bundled minutes be utilized for any calls?
ans: the bundled minutes can be utilized for calls to any mobile operator. pstn, isd, e-isd, btcl, roaming will not be included in the bundled minutes.
4. if i buy a connection during the end of the month, will i have to pay the full tk.2300 for that month?
ans: no charging will be on a pro rated basis.
5. can i subscribe to unlimited internet?
ans: yes if 200 mb is not sufficient our unlimited internet package is available and can be subscribed.
6. will i be eligible for loyalty discount?
ans: loyalty discount is still applicable under existing conditions but bundled minutes will not be eligible as airtime usage.
7. can bundled minutes, sms, internet be used anytime?
ans: yes bundled minutes, sms, internet can be used anytime within the bill cycle.
8. can my bundled amounts be carried forward?
ans: no bundled minutes/sms/internet must be used within the bill cycle as they cannot be carried forward.
9. what is the package price?
ans: there is no package price, only tk.2500 security deposit will be taken which is 100% refundable.
10. how do i migrate to this new package?
ans: to migrate, tk.58 migration fee will be taken as well as tk.2500 security deposit will be necessary. if customers already have some security deposit only the balance will be taken. example, if a customer has a tk.500 security deposit, then tk.2000 additional deposit will be required along with the tk.58 migration fee to migrate to the new package.
